-- if you guys haven`t noticed yet, the speed limit on 19th Ave was reduced from 35 MPH to 30 MPH..

if people think that reducing the speed limit on 19th Ave is going to make people safer drivers, then i highly doubt it. lols. even 35MPH was too slow for us :P
