i went to the SFO airport at 8:45AM today to meet up with Kansas for a couple of hours. we escaped from the airport & i gave him a quick tour of South SF & the Sunset again. lols. then he had to catch the plane back to Denver.. where he & his family are apparent delayed there until tmr. haha.
what a fun day! :]
i don`t have work Sunday so i get to go to the airport! yay!

today for volleyball we will be playing Crosstrainers in the 1st game & Sunset Hitters in the 3rd game. wish us luck & come support us because it`s the MOST important games this season. Super Holy Spirit & Holy Spirit are playing both of them! :]

today we got robbed at the bank, but thank God NO ONE was hurt or injured. i`m so absolutely grateful & thankful that everyone & everything is okay. although the robber didn`t get caught yet, i`m so thankful that God had kept everyone safe!

[A PASSING MOMENT]
i wear this because it means something to me. i keep it on because i know how much effort & time i put into making it. sometimes i wonder if we appreciate what we have. everyday we wake up & go on with our routines & schedules, but have we ever stopped & said "hey, looks like my mom packed me lunch! i`m so thankful" or "hey, i`m so glad that this is a new day"
my life has definitely gotten much more hectic since Summer Day Camp & volleyball started. while trying to juggle 4 things this summer, i feel like i have less of a summer & i don`t get to do ALL the things i want. sometimes, i get SO tired that i even miss out on Sunday Worship. i feel like i miss out on a lot of things my other friends get to do that i don`t get to do & most of all, i feel like time is flying by so quickly. if ever there was a moment where i could pause my life & just rewind, i would do it within a heart beat BUT i wouldn`t change a thing.
i`m so thankful that i am aware of how precious things are. not many people know how to appreciate the things they have, but God has truly blessed my life. He has given me so many hardships & so much pain, but still, He does it out of love. no matter how messed up i get or how lost i become, i always end up coming back to God & i always get to the point where i realize that this was what God had in store for me.
though i wake up every morning complaining about how i don`t want to wake up, i always end up doing it anyways. & at the end of everyday, whether it`s from working with kids at SDC, to a 6 hour shift at the bank, & finally 3 or 4 hours at Coach or at volleyball, i feel accomplished. even though from time to time i may feel left out from church activities, i try to appreciate them when i have the time. i try to make time for my friends & i try to make an effort to make more time for my family. at the end of the day, there is still only 24 hours, but when i finally fall asleep in my comfy bed, i know i didn`t waste a single minute of my day :]
appreciation; it`s what i had to learn through experience.
